Quick Answer
Kure is an S-Tier Legendary (1% odds) fighting style added in v7.400. Its core mechanic is Last Stand - at 25% HP or less, deal +15% bonus damage. The M2 headbutt (Takedown) disorients for 1.5x damage, and the M2 slam (Concussive) prevents the enemy from parrying for 2 seconds. Best on medium height builds (5'8"–5'9").

- Bread & Butter Combo: M1 x3 → Dash Cancel → Takedown Headbutt (M2) → M1 x2
- Low-HP Last Stand Finisher: Wait for <25% HP boost → M1 x4 → Concussive Slam (M2, disables parry) → M1 x2 → Finish
- Counter Strategy: Kure users have high posture damage. Space out their headbutt charge and parry the incoming M1 chain.

Official Trello Perks
Last Stand
When at low health (25% or less), deal +15% total damage. This is Kure's signature perk - it turns you into a comeback machine when you are one hit from death.
Takedown (M2 Headbutt)
M2 headbutt grabs opponents and disorients the victim dealing 1.5x damage. The grab bypasses blocks, making this your primary engage tool.
Concussive (M2 Slam)
M2 slam removes the victim's ability to parry for 2 seconds. This is a massive debuff - your opponent cannot perfect block your attacks, giving you free pressure.
Guard Pierce II
15% block chip damage. Even when the enemy blocks, you deal 15% of your damage through the block. Same tier as Hakari, Karate, and Wrestling.
Swift Recovery
+15% posture regeneration rate. Faster recovery means you can block more frequently without risking guard break.
Combos & Dueling Strategy
Engage Strategy
Start with the M2 headbutt. Because it is a grab, it bypasses blocks entirely. If it connects, immediately follow with M1 light attacks while the opponent is disoriented.
The Parry Lock Combo
Land your M2 slam (Concussive) to disable their parry for 2 seconds. In those 2 seconds, unleash your full M1 combo without fear of being perfect-blocked. This is Kure's strongest offensive window.
Clutch Play (Last Stand)
When your HP drops below 25%, Last Stand activates (+15% damage). Do not panic. Kure deals devastating damage at low health. Combine Last Stand with your M2 headbutt for massive comeback burst.
Style Matchups
| vs Style | Advantage | Strategy |
|---|---|---|
| vs Boxing | Even | Boxing is faster, but your M2 headbutt beats their block. Concussive slam shuts down their Perfect Reflex. |
| vs Wrestling | Favorable | Both have grabs, but Kure has 5 perks to Wrestling's 3. Last Stand gives you the edge in close fights. |
| vs Muay Thai | Even | Muay Thai has higher Guard Pierce (V), but Kure's parry disable negates their defensive play. |
| vs Basic | Dominant | Massive stat and perk advantage. Kure completely outclasses Basic in every metric. |
