Gakuran Combat Mode Guide (2026)

Quick Answer
Press T on PC to toggle combat stance (called "Style" or "fighting stance"). You must be outdoors —?indoor areas are Green Zones where combat is disabled. If attacks are not working, you are either in a Green Zone or forgot to press T.

Troubleshooting
"I pressed T but nothing happens"
You are likely indoors. Walk outside to the courtyard or street and try again. Green Zones silently block combat stance.
"My attacks are not working"
Either you are in a Green Zone or forgot to press T first. Press T to confirm you are in stance, then try M1.
"I cannot use my phone during combat"
Exit combat stance (press T again) before opening phone apps. Phone and combat stance animations conflict.
"Combat stance toggles off randomly"
Some map transitions (walking through a door) automatically disable combat stance. Always re-press T after entering or exiting a building.
